Pat Fauquet
Pat Fauquet is well-known in the Mac community as a Mac User Group activist, trainer and technician. Pat has served multiple terms in multiple offices of Washington Apple Pi, the world’s largest community Mac User Group, has been an instructor at User Group Universities and User Group Leadership Conferences and presented in The Apple Store.
Pat is the Senior Agent for Bob LeVitus Consulting, working with one of the Mac industry’s most notable personalities providing online and remote troubleshooting and training for Mac users of all levels. Her tech blog, Mac Mouse Calls, is based on the inquiries for assistance she receives, and trends in usability and tech support needs.
